Maintenance Manager
Regal Rexnord is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and facilities operations at our 130,000 sq. ft. manufacturing site in Morehead, KY. This facility includes grinding, milling, turning, assembly, powder coating, and passivation systems across two shifts.
In this role, you'll champion a Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) strategy, leveraging tools like Fiix CMMS to improve uptime, reduce repair times, manage inventory more effectively, and support plant-wide KPIs. You'll provide strategic leadership to a multi-tiered maintenance teamcomprising a Maintenance Supervisor and technicianswhile fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of operational excellence.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Promote safety awareness and comply with all safety rules from both external and internal standards.
- Lead the implementation and execution of TPM using Regal Business System methodologies.
- Manage and develop a team of 610 Maintenance Technicians through a Maintenance Supervisor.
- Oversee maintenance of all production equipment and facility infrastructure to meet uptime and performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with documented procedures to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Support and improve 6S standards within the maintenance department.
- Facilitate cross-training to broaden team capabilities and increase operational flexibility.
- Support personal and team development through internal and external continued education programs

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).7+ years of machinery maintenance leadership experienceProven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
