Radiology Technologist Job Details

Position Type : Travel Radiology Technologist

Location : Plano, TX 75075 (Texas healthcare jobs)

Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (December 1, 2025 – March 2, 2026)

Shift : 12-hour days, Friday – Sunday (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM)

Hours per Week : 36

Setting : Hospital Radiology Department

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1520 - $1640

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

Valid ARRT Radiologic Technologist certification (Texas license preferred)

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist in a clinical or hospital setting

Experience in one or more imaging modalities : Diagnostic Radiology, Dexa, CT, MRI, or Vascular Imaging

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures as ordered by physicians and in accordance with department protocols

Operate and maintain radiology and imaging equipment safely and efficiently

Assist with patient positioning, ensuring patient comfort and safety during radiologic procedures

Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care

Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards
