As Office Manager, you are the hinge that holds everything together. You keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly, support the team when they need it, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You are the person everyone can rely on, from office staff to field teams, and your leadership helps create a positive, organized, and productive environment. This role is about keeping the team connected, supported, and empowered to do their best work every day.

You Will be Trusted To :

  • Lead and support entire office staff
  • Check purchase orders and invoices for accuracy before processing
  • Work with leadership on office purchasing, budgets, and expenses
  • Help with inventory and ensure safety standards are met
  • Step in when team members are out so operations keep running smoothly
  • Prepare reports and manage data to keep leadership informed
  • Keep the office running as a positive, connected, and collaborative environment

You Qualify with :

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three to five years of office management experience in a professional or service-based environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in gray areas
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork, accountability, and confidentiality
  • Additional Success :

  • Office management or administrative leadership experience in the construction industry
  • Experience with accounting or inventory software such as QuickBooks
  • Experience with ServiceTitan
