Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing on Altium's talent strategy by leading the recruitment process for roles across the organization, and working closely with hiring managers to successfully meet job requirements and provide a positive talent acquisition experience.
Essential Functions- Roles / Responsibilities
- Leverage Workday ATS and other tools to manage full recruiting life cycle
- Build relationships with hiring managers to facilitate clear communication and understanding of the job requirements necessary to find top talent
- Act as Talent Consultant and SME to educate hiring managers on best practices in recruiting and interviewing candidates
- Efficiently identify potential candidates by extrapolating pertinent information from both resumes and phone screenings
- Utilize creativity and persistence when trying to find the best candidate for specific or unique positions
- Think outside of the box when conducting resume searches or other sourcing techniques in order to find the unique skill sets some positions require
- Attend virtual and in-person job fairs and other relevant events as required for specific roles
- Keep the full life cycle recruiting process on track through effective scheduling and regular communication with hiring managers
- Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and other key stakeholders
- Successfully manage hiring managers priorities and expectations
Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
Minimum Requirements
Three or more years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience OR five years of agency recruiting experience filling a wide range of positionsStrong relationship building skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation skillsGood organization and time management skillsHigh levels of creativityFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking System, Networking Tools, and other Sourcing SolutionsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Education and Experience
