The Daycare Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Loveworld Christian Childcare. This includes managing staff, developing and implementing educational programs, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for children and their families and growing the center.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
• Manage the daycare's budget and resources.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere aligned with Christian values.
