Job Summary :

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to oversee the daily operations of our clinical team. You will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while collaborating with leadership to enhance counseling skills and the quality of care for our patients.

Essential Functions :

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP regulations within the clinic's budget.
  • Keep management informed of significant treatment events and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with quarterly quality assurance program reviews.
  • Support the achievement and maintenance of accreditation status through recognized bodies.
  • Provide clinical supervision and necessary documentation for clinical staff.
  • Document patient progress and report any abuse or neglect as required.
  • Participate in community relations activities and ensure understanding of policies and procedures.

Other Responsibilities :

  • For Minnesota Staff Only : Complete the Freedom From Chemical Use Form.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities :

    Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff as required.

    Essential Qualifications :

    To thrive in this role, you should possess :

  • Education : A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with licensure and / or certification as per state requirements. A Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Knowledge : Understanding of opioid addiction, medication-assisted treatment services, and federal confidentiality laws (HIPAA).
  • Experience : At least two years of management experience and one year in substance abuse or a related field.
  • Skills : Excellent verbal communication, multitasking abilities, organizational skills, and proven leadership.
  • Physical Demands & Work Environment :

    This role requires :

  • Finger dexterity for writing and operating office equipment.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.
  • Ability to hear normal conversations and receive information.
  • Visual acuity for observing patients and working on a computer.
  • Physical strength to lift up to 10 pounds and perform occasional movements.
  • Working Conditions :

    You'll thrive in an open work area with moderate noise levels, contributing to a dynamic and supportive environment.

    Mental Activities :

    This role requires strong reasoning abilities to resolve practical problems and maintain confidentiality.
