Landscaping Supervisor
The Landscaping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of landscaping projects and maintenance services to ensure high-quality results that meet company standards and client expectations. This role involves supervising and coordinating field crews, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and within established timelines. The Landscaping Supervisor will provide hands-on support in the field, train team members in proper horticultural and equipment-use practices, and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
In addition, the supervisor serves as the key point of contact between crews, management, and clients, addressing concerns, communicating project updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment, and plant care.
This position is responsible for performing tasks involving physical labor on landscaping team. The person in this position may operate a variety of hand and power tools, clean and prepare sites, trim natural environments, dig trenches, clean up debris and remove waste materials.
Responsibilities include :
- Responsible for safely driving company vehicle with a trailer in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Responsible for upholding company safety policies and procedures.
- Schedules, monitors and / or performs proactive landscaping maintenance at assigned properties.
- Responsible for performing weekly turf landscaping at each site.
- Responsible for line trimming all grass areas.
- Responsible for blowing sidewalks and other common areas.
- Identifies problems with the irrigation system and notifies the irrigation team.
- Responsible for checking in and maintaining relationships with various property managers and supervisors.
- Inspects building and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance to items that need to be repaired.
- Responsible for monitoring time and other crew members to make sure time is being spent efficiently.
- Making sure all crew men are performing their job safely.
- Participates in Company-provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention.
- Complies with all Company standards, applicable health & safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- Diagnosis and repair of underground pressurized pvc lines. Same as Polly line and sprinkler repair, digging must be included.
- Performing a variety of tasks and assigned work duties involving strenuous manual labor in outdoor projects and worksites
- Maintaining a clean job site; picking up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards
- Loading and unloading trucks and hauling and material handling and storage
- Carrying out opening and closing duties
- Performing required light maintenance of equipment
- Maintaining personal health and sanitation standards
- Reading and interpreting safety / employment manuals and other work-related documents
- Complying with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and orderly facility
- Ensuring that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed; bringing problems to the attention of the Operations Manager or HR.
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Qualifications include :

Salary Range : $75,000
