Position Overview

We're hiring Class A CDL Drivers for dedicated grocery routes hauling refrigerated freight. Routes begin at the Aurora, CO distribution center and deliver to retail locations throughout Colorado, Cheyenne, WY, and Eastern Utah.

Schedule & Home Time

Home every other day, depending on your assigned route

Freight moves 24 / 7 - schedules may include nights, evenings, or early mornings

Consistent and reliable lanes with steady miles

Pay & Bonuses

Earn between $1,450$1,500 weekly on average

Mileage pay starts at $0.70 CPM , increasing up to $0.80 CPM with experience

$17 per stop (average 13 stops weekly)

Up to 3% bonus for safe, on-time deliveries

$1,000 seasonal bonus for Winter Mountain driving (NovemberMarch)

Freight & Routes

100% refrigerated freight

Mix of live load / unload and drop & hook

Typically 13 multi-stop runs per day (mountain runs are usually one load daily)

Equipment

Late-model Freightliner Cascadias , all less than 3 years old

Equipped with automatic chaining systems for mountain routes

Take-home trucks available when parked in a secure location
