Senior Principal Systems Engineer - Onsite Position

As our Senior Principal Systems Engineer , you will perform as the highest-level technical expert, providing internal and external consulting services. Works independently on advanced systems / software analysis projects.

Location : Santa Clarita, CA

Salary Information : $ $180,000.00 - $240,000.00 plus bonus.

Your Challenge :

• Leading large technical teams to meet complex customer requirements
• Representing the company as the technical expert to customers, suppliers, and CW management
• Providing technical guidance to cross functional teams
• Reporting technical status and way forward to varied audiences
• Recommending training to enhance team development
• Evaluating technical performance and potential to individual performers and job applicants; assuming technical responsibility for the performance of the teams in his / her charge
