At Concrete Craft, the Operations Foreman is a key leadership role that works with our customers, internal teams, and leadership / management.

Responsibilities include :

• Setting quality, performance, and customer engagement expectations with the Installer team.
• Understands project requirements; coordinates, and efficiently utilizes resources to install / complete projects to the highest quality standards.
• Trains and coordinates the efforts of the team; work with sales and management to effectively plan and communicate needs; and takes ownership of equipment, team engagement, and the customer experience.

Hours : Full Time Seasonal business with high hours (50+) during the Spring and Summer with lower hours in the Fall and low hours in the Winter. Normally M-F with some Saturday work

Compensation : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
