At Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty , your primary function is to serve as a high-impact client partner to our high-intent leads.

You will be empowered to own the deal cycle, driving negotiation and strategy without wasting time on cold prospecting or pipeline building. If you are ready to apply your sales intelligence to a business model that scales your income automatically, join the firm that is disrupting real estate.

Compensation : $100,000

Responsibilities :

  • Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
  • Uncover the priorities of the buyers and then locate homes that match their needs and wants, and show them the homes.
  • Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leader approach.
  • Set yourself apart from all others by the exceptional experience your sellers and buyers have working with you.
  • Ask for referrals when the clients are the happiest with your service.

Qualifications :

  • Strong work ethic, driven to succeed.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences through service.
  • Texas real estate license or willing to get one.
