We are seeking an IT Contractor to support a fast-growing tech company's office operations and IT systems. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented IT professional who thrives in a hands-on environment, managing identity, device, and network systems for onsite employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Identity & Access Management : Administer Okta, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace accounts; manage onboarding / offboarding workflows including account provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Device & Endpoint Management : Configure and manage Apple devices via Jamf MDM; set up and maintain VPN access.
- Collaboration & Development Tools : Administer GitHub organization, repositories, and user permissions.
- IT Operations & Support : Respond to IT Jira tickets promptly; provide onsite and remote IT support; ensure compliance with security policies.
- Office Networking & Security : Configure and maintain WiFi, switches, firewalls; implement endpoint protection, monitor threats, and enforce office IT security standards.

Requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
- Hands-on experience with Okta, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jamf MDM, VPNs, and GitHub administration.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Mountain View 2 days per week.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with employees and IT teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting fast-paced startup or media environments.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards, network monitoring, and endpoint protection best practices.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, or Apple IT certifications.
