Overview Cintas is seeking an Apparel Designer to develop and execute product designs that achieve overall product strategy and customer project objectives. Responsibilities include designing garments for customer property job functions; creating specific uniform designs and designs for entire properties as needed by sales and customers as well as individual locations; creating proactive designs to be sold by the national sales force throughout the US.

Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
Minimum 5 years+ experience in field or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet / internet, Adobe
Illustrator, computer-aided design system and Web PDM
Ability to execute the technical specifications as designs become samples and actual production orders
Ability to travel overnight domestically or internationally up to 20% of the time
Technical and illustrated sketching ability
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish

Compensation A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $89,100- $115,500 / Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
