MISSION STATEMENT

Monday – Thursday 6 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Tuesday – Friday 6 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM

CORE JOB DUTIES

Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.
Measuring, packaging, and labeling products.
Comparing product with product standards to ensure quality.
Maintaining a sanitary work environment.
Safely transporting products from workspace to storage area.
Ensuring that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

1 year (2–3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production, or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.

Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.

Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.

Proficiency in Windows-based software and point-of-sale applications a plus.

Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and / or dust.

Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and / or perform repetitive actions with hands for long periods.

Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Compensation is the current estimated range and may be adjusted by factors such as location, market data, skills, and experience. Final offer details will be discussed with the recruiter during the interview process.

Pay Range : $18 - $18 USD

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.

Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
