What You’ll Do

As the HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our day-to-day HR operations across payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. You’ll also help streamline processes and leverage technology to keep things running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include :

• Administer and process biweekly payroll using HR / payroll software with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and state / federal regulations.
• Prepare and analyze HR and payroll reports in Excel to support management decision-making.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing engagement initiatives.
• Assist with benefits administration and annual open enrollment.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance reviews, and training initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR systems and workflows through technology and automation.
