Join a Premier Luxury Hospitality Brand - Systems & Network Administrator Opportunity

A leading luxury hospitality group near Napa is seeking a skilled and service-driven Systems & Network Administrator to support its high-end hotel operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist passionate about delivering seamless technology experiences in a guest-centric environment.

As a key member of the IT team, you will :

• Administer and secure the hotel's IT infrastructure, including internal networks, servers, storage systems, and enterprise applications.
• Configure and maintain critical network components such as switches, firewalls (Palo Alto / Sonicwall), and wireless systems.
• Manage Windows-based systems on VMware vSphere, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DFS.
• Provide advanced technical support for network, server, and workstation issues, both onsite and remotely.
• Perform physical infrastructure tasks such as racking / stacking equipment, cable management, and UPS setup.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, reliability, and security using TCP / IP, VLAN, DHCP, and DNS protocols.
• Lead IT documentation, onboarding / offboarding processes, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
