What does a Dispatcher do?

As a Dispatcher at Advanced Concrete, Inc. you will be at the heart of our operations, coordinating daily logistics to ensure timely project execution. Your day will begin at 8 : 30 AM and conclude at 5 PM, Monday through Friday. You will be responsible for receiving and prioritizing service requests, communicating with field teams, and efficiently allocating resources to meet customer needs.

You can expect to utilize our scheduling software to monitor job progress and adjust plans as necessary. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction. Collaboration with project managers and crew members will be a key part of your routine, facilitating seamless communication throughout the workday.

By the end of each day, you will have played a crucial role in driving our projects forward, contributing to our commitment to excellence and safety.
