Registered Nurse Program Supervisor

A company is looking for a Nurse Program Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee performance management, coaching, and mentoring of clinical staff

Act as a liaison between the Program Manager and the team, ensuring effective communication and task assignment

Conduct quality assurance activities and evaluate clinical services for improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

Registered nurse with a minimum of 4 years clinical experience and 3-5 years of leadership experience

Extensive knowledge of clinical diseases and therapeutic drug classes

Broad understanding of clinical licensure rules and compliance regulations

Ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment

Strong organizational skills and initiative
