Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented FlexTalent Pro Solutions Manager to join our Business Development team. This full-time, field-based role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and promoting our contingent workforce solutions to growing organizations.

You will lead client engagement efforts across FlexTalent Pro's core delivery models-LaunchPod, ScaleForce, and StrategicOps-each designed to provide companies with agile, scalable workforce support for project-based or long-term staffing needs. This role is based in Sacramento, CA and reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and in-person outreach

Conduct discovery meetings to understand client workforce needs, hiring gaps, and operational goals

Promote FlexTalent Pro's contingent workforce solutions as cost-effective, scalable alternatives to traditional staffing

Develop and present tailored proposals and pricing aligned to client goals and timelines

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery capacity

Represent PDG at industry events, local meetings, and business development functions

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline updates, and client engagement logs

Provide weekly activity reports and market insights to executive leadership

Qualifications

Required :

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or contingent workforce solutions

Proven success in outbound prospecting and closing new business accounts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to executives and decision-makers

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through

Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive)

Willingness to work on-site and travel locally for meetings and business development activities

Preferred :

Experience selling staffing, contingent labor, or workforce augmentation solutions

Familiarity with HR and procurement stakeholders and industry terminology

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate : $30 $35 / hour (equivalent to $62,400 $72,800 annually)

Total Compensation Potential : Up to $100,000+ with bonuses and commissions
