Hilltop Skilled Nursing and Rehab  is looking for an  Activity Assistant  to join our growing team!

The  Activity Assistant   supports the efforts of the Activity Director in the assessing, selecting, organizing, and implementing of recreational services to address the individualized needs and interests of the overall resident / patient population within the center. Your Job :

• Provide activities with entertainment, exercise, fun, and relaxation for residents.
• Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of quality activities in accordance with resident care plans.
• Support the preparation and distribution of activity calendars, communication materials and documentation of resident activities.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families.
• Generate enthusiasm to encourage and motivate participation.
• Complete other duties at the discretion of management.
