IT Specialist Job Summary : The IT Specialist reports to the IT Manager and assists with vendor relationships and technology partner maintenance. This position is office-based in Knoxville, TN and is not remote.

Responsibilities :

• Respond promptly to service issues and requests, escalating when necessary.
• Install, configure, and repair computer hardware and software systems, printers, scanners, routers, and modems.
• Maintain computer systems and network security, ensuring privacy and compliance.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining system performance and user account creation / maintenance.
• Provide training and technical support across the company.
• Test and vet new technology initiatives.
