Overview

Payless Kitchen & Bath is a family-owned remodeling company seeking an Events Marketing Representative for the Ventura area. This is a flexible part-time role to engage homeowners at trade shows, events, festivals, fairs, expos and retail locations to generate appointments for the in-home sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects at events : initiate conversations, answer questions, and provide information about services to generate appointments
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with homeowners to discuss their kitchen or bathroom remodeling needs
  • Learn and execute our scripts

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years’ experience in sales, lead generation at shows and events, or similar experience
  • Outgoing, extroverted and friendly personality
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; persuasive and results oriented
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation; travel to and from listed events with setup items
  • Attend monthly department and company meetings
  • Clean criminal background and drug-free required

    • Compensation & Schedule

    Pay : $20.00 per hour plus commission. Location : Ventura, CA area. Schedule : Flexible Part-Time.
