\nLicensure required for the State of WI. NPI # required. If the candidate does not have one, they need to start the process of applying for a NPI # in order to start.

\nRequired Education : Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy

\nMinimum Experience : 2 yrs experience preferred : Inpatient and outpatient experience a plus

\nRequired Skillset : working with he adult / geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis.

\nTravel experience STRONGLY preferred.

\nCharting / Equipment : Epic
