What You’ll Do

  • Must be able to read and follow processing recipes.
  • Operate all processing equipment safely and accurately.
  • Follow established sanitation guidelines and maintain a sanitary and safe work environment.
  • Achieve knowledge of all products through training.
  • Recognize quality standards in raw ingredients and finished products.
  • Must be able to work productively in a team.
  • Adhere to all FDA guidelines and regulations.
  • Understand and demonstrate the correct techniques to operate equipment safely.
  • Demonstrate up-to-date and current CGMPs (current good manufacturing practices).
  • Complete department and company training.
  • Must be available to work Saturdays.
  • Perform all other duties as required or assigned.

  • High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to read and write.

  • Must be able to communicate production concerns to the Production Kitchen Coach and Kitchen Manager.
  • Must be able to tell time and calculate time increments and execute basic math skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with guests when necessary.

    24-34 hours per week
