What You’ll Do
Must be able to read and follow processing recipes.Operate all processing equipment safely and accurately.Follow established sanitation guidelines and maintain a sanitary and safe work environment.Achieve knowledge of all products through training.Recognize quality standards in raw ingredients and finished products.Must be able to work productively in a team.Adhere to all FDA guidelines and regulations.Understand and demonstrate the correct techniques to operate equipment safely.Demonstrate up-to-date and current CGMPs (current good manufacturing practices).Complete department and company training.Must be available to work Saturdays.Perform all other duties as required or assigned.What You Bring
High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct.Ability to read and write.Team playerMust be able to communicate production concerns to the Production Kitchen Coach and Kitchen Manager.Must be able to tell time and calculate time increments and execute basic math skills.Comfortable communicating with guests when necessary.Closed evenings & Sundays
