Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful Recruitment Operations Administrator to join our team. This jack-of-all-trades role supports daily business operations, technology workflows, and executive initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys learning new systems, and takes pride in keeping people and processes running smoothly.
This is a full-time Monday through Friday position located in-person at our Phoenix office.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Operations Support :
- Assist Recruiters and Managers with scheduling and conducting pre-screens
- Support the Recruiting Operations & Delivery teams by maintaining requisition accuracy, status updates, & candidate pipeline support in multiple systems.
- Troubleshoot process or data inconsistencies & collaborate with the Recruiting Ops Partner team to resolve issues quickly.
- Support requisition assignments & updates across client programs.
- Coordinate with recruiters, client delivery leads, and leadership to ensure smooth & timely workflow.
Technology & Training Support :
Administer, execute, & train on assigned processes within our technology stack (ATS, internal systems, Sharepoint, etc.).Perform data entry, validation, and cleanup projects to ensure accuracy and reliability across systems.Maintain documentation of recurring operational tasks and support ongoing process improvements.Office Operations & General Support :
Serve as the on-site point of contact for all office-related needs, including supply orders, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.Handle occasional local errands and office logistics as needed.Support company culture and internal communications by helping coordinate in-office events or meetings.Qualifications
1-3 years of administrative, operations, or data-related experience (RPO, recruiting, or HR industry a plus).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, & ability to balance multiple priorities.Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite required; familiarity with ATS / CRM systems preferred.Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.Self-starter with a proactive, “no task to small” attitude and focus on execution.Must be able to work on-site Monday through Friday at the Phoenix office.Compensation & Benefits
