Our client, an entrepreneurial private lender expanding in Southern California seeks a talented Bridge Loan Officer to originate new loans for their portfolio across the Western region.
Our client does things differently – from their open-door policy at investment committee to removing the administrative burden of having to steward a deal through the funding process, allowing their originations team to focus on client and business development.
The ideal Bridge Loan Officer candidate has 3-5+ years’ commercial real estate debt underwriting and / or originations experience, a strong internal drive, and the desire to build a business that is both professionally and financially rewarding.
They are a team player and individual contributor, able to identify potential clients and lending opportunities for the platform, and successfully hand the baton to other team members through underwriting & closing / funding.
As a small team in growth mode, there's incredible room for professional development, collaborating with other internal teams, working on new loan products as they're developed, and expanding their footprint in the region. This role is remote / hybrid / based in the Greater LA market.
