Role and Responsibilities

The Quality Control Technician at Attic Projects ensures exceptional service and workmanship by conducting thorough inspections at customers' homes to evaluate the quality of completed restoration projects and ensure they meet company standards before advancing. The technician is also the first point of contact for service calls, assessing customer concerns and implementing effective solutions to address problems, thereby upholding customer satisfaction and excellence.

You will do…

  • Start work promptly at 7 : 00 AM and drive a company vehicle to assigned customer locations (3-4 visits a day).
  • Conduct detailed inspections of projects by checking attics, crawl spaces, roofs, and surrounding areas of customers\' homes.
  • Identify discrepancies or issues in ongoing or completed projects, focusing on rodent-related problems or other quality concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Solve problems independently on-site, taking appropriate measures to rectify issues and meet project standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and resolutions for reporting and follow-up.

You will be successful if you…

  • Have clean driving record and ability to drive a company vehicle
  • Are experienced in quality control and site inspections in residential construction projects
  • Can crawl in small, tight spaces and climb / descend ladders or attic stairs and roofs
  • Have previous Pest Control / Rodent Control experience

    • Qualifications and Skills

    Job Type : Full-time, On-site, not remote

    Work schedule : Monday to Friday, starting at 7am, 8-10 hrs

    Wage Range : $24-$28 per hour
