We’re hiring for a Kitchen Supervisor position at our Crystal City location!

Our Kitchen Supervisors are an important part of our operations.

The Kitchen supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations at their location during their shifts.  As the Kitchen Supervisor, you are responsible for supporting Call Your Mother’s high operational standards by continuing to hold yourself and your team members to the provided checklists, recipe specs, and other standardized tools.

• Adapt to procedural and / or menu changes Maintain clean kitchen areas and equipment, to include daily cleaning tasks and weekly deep cleaning tasks Be a strong part of a smooth service to include fast ticket times, order accuracy, and adherence to CYM standards and recipes Can work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays.
• We are only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
• Prior hospitality experience is not required.
