Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Ocala, FL . This full-time assignment offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with occasional weekend and on-call duties (usually one weekend per month). The ideal candidate will have strong home health experience, be confident with OASIS documentation, and be proficient in Homecare Homebase (HCHB), delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.

Job Duties :

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to geriatric patients in their homes
• Conduct thorough assessments using Oasis documentation
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, wound care, and other prescribed treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Homecare Homebase
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and protocols
