ERP Systems Manager (Unanet SME)

Position Overview

EO Solutions is seeking an experienced and proactive ERP Systems Lead with deep expertise in Unanet ERP and Unanet’s AIM (formerly Flowtrac) to lead our enterprise software ecosystem. This strategic and technical role is responsible for owning the ERP platform, driving system integration, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and developing standardized operating procedures to maximize efficiency and scalability across the organization.

You will be the go-to subject matter expert (SME) on Unanet systems and play a vital role in enhancing business operations, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring the ERP platform is aligned with our evolving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Leadership & Ownership

• Serve as the Lead, Controller, and Subject Matter Exper of Unanet ERP and Unanet AIM. Including but not limited to Help Desk support, continuous improvement initiatives.
• Works with Executive stakeholders to ensure compliance, processes, and efficiencies
• Provide strategic leadership for all ERP-related initiatives, integrations, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into ERP system requirements and solutions.
• Inventory Management support in AIM, Government Property, Asset Tracking

System Integration & Optimization

Process Improvement & Standardization

Continuous Improvement & Change Management
