We are seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service Team Leader to join our team. This hybrid role combines traditional warehouse responsibilities with customer-facing service and occasional driving for local deliveries or pickups. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and enjoy delivering top-notch service both inside the warehouse and out in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space.
Customer Service
Assist customers with orders, returns, and general inquiries.Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person.Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary.Be a liaison between the Pharmacy and the Customer Support TeamSupervise, coach, and mentor a team of customer support representatives and specialists.Monitor daily support operations to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Operational Excellence
Design and implement best practices for handling orders, prescription verification, medication refill cycles, billing inquiries, and delivery logistics.Collaborate with pharmacy partners, prescribers, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication.When needed, assist the Pharmacy with Packing and Shipping pharmaceutical productsAssist the customer service team with expediting orders through the PharmacyCreate and Review weekly invoices for CustomersAudit reporting and report information back to Customer Support ManagerAudit customer support staff emails to customers to provide constructive feedbackCollaborate with product and clinical teams to anticipate customer needs and improve end-to-end patient journeys.Ensure all communication is consistent with pharmacy regulations, privacy standards, and internal protocols.Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of weight-loss and wellness medications and pharmacy workflow.Driving & Delivery
Perform occasional local deliveries and pickups.Ensure timely, accurate delivery of products while maintaining high customer service standards.Follow all traffic and safety regulations and maintain proper logs.________________________________________
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.2+ years experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service environment preferred.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable with basic computer systems and warehouse software.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)________________________________________
Additional Requirements
