This includes appropriate messaging around specialties, clinicians, medications, member health literacy, benefit explanations, provider communications, stakeholder engagement, and formulary strategies.

Required :

3+ years of experience as a Communications Specialist in a health plan setting

Demonstrated adherence to federal and state regulations regarding pharmacy communications

Experience communicating pharmacy regulations to vendors and providers

Nice to Have :

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Health, Health Administration, Health Communication, or a related field
