Position Summary

As the Sales Assistant, you will assist the Director of Sales to reach 100% occupancy within the Community. Coordinating and scheduling the move in process for new residents and their families. Responsibilities

• Obtains resident contracts and coordinates the move in process.
• Champions the move-in process and assists with new resident assessments.
• Provide tours to prospects, as needed.
• Participate in site visits.
• Communicate and interacts with residents, families and team members in a kind, respectful and effective way.
• Champion hospitality and delivers excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
