What You'll Do

• Communicate with lenders, sales team, construction team, appraisers, and home buyers
• Schedule New Homeowner Orientation appointment and Closing Date; formally coordinate overall closing schedule with all interested parties
• Attend weekly Backlog meetings with Leadership to provide loan updates accordingly
• Maintain JDE system with regular buyer updates on closing status
• Generate sales price validations for lender and title to confirm final sales price and applicable seller closing incentive, as well as confirming all booked / received EMD payments
• Review and approve all HUD / CD's
• Coordinate all required documentation for any Home Inspection requests and schedule accordingly
• Review and rebuttal any low value appraisals; research closed comps both internal and via MLS
• Prepare and submit any applicable check requests for leadership approval and processing
• Additional duties to be discussed
