Job Description

In your new role you will :

  • Operational performance monitoring (e.g. Yield, cycle time, line stability, CLIP, Delivery Performance, …) and implementation of improvements.
  • Management of customer returns, fab excursion tasks and coordination with other departments to support case closure within the allowed timeframe.
  • Owner of the implementation and verification of operational deviation correction actions (using e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, Is-Is not & other problem-solving techniques).
  • Hosting of PCRB for process changes.
  • Forecasting and capacity reservation confirmation with foundries to meet business requirements.
  • New tape-out coordination and support for Business Units.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have :

  • Ability to make clear conclusions and present these in management summaries.
  • Clear risk assessment evaluation and decision-making. Recommend feasible proposals while balancing benefits and risks.
  • Translate missions from senior management into detailed plans and execute accordingly.
  • Able to communicate with suppliers and influence their teams to achieve IFX targets in execution phase.
  • Experience in process integration, process modules, product engineering or related fab experience (ideally in 28nm nodes or below, experience in NVRAM is beneficial). IC design experience is a plus.
  • Good data analytics skills.
  • Fluent English in business conversation and presentation is required.
  • A good team player.
  • Have multicultural working experience
