The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts.

This position earns a competitive wage of $23.50 - $265.50 per hour. Key Responsibilities

• Generate and send accurate invoices in a timely manner
• Process customer progress billing monthly
• Apply customer payments and perform account reconciliations
• Communicate with customers and internal personnel regarding billing discrepancies and questions
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to resolve billing issues
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
