Position : Help Desk / Data Quality Analyst

Duration : 9+ Months contract

Work Address : Indianapolis IN

Hybrid

Required Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong proficiency in T-SQL (query writing, stored procedures, optimization, troubleshooting)
  • Experience working with large relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with immunization registries (IIS), HL7 messaging, or healthcare data standards
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
  • Knowledge of IIS data exchange standards (VXU, ACK, QBP)
  • Experience with data quality frameworks and record-matching techniques
  • Exposure to public health data systems or clinical data exchange
