Title : Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician

Reports To : Director of Contracts, Property, and Strategic Partnerships

Schedule : Monday - Friday, daytime flexible. On-call availability required for evenings and weekends .

Job Classification : Full time, Non-Exempt

Compensation : $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Position Overview :

Agate Housing and Services is seeking a skilled and dependable Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of our facilities. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair needs promptly, and maintaining both the interior and exterior of our buildings and grounds. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded professional with strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and custodial skills who takes pride in keeping facilities safe, efficient, and welcoming for staff and clients.

Required Qualifications :

Experience : 10-15 years in facilities maintenance, with a mix of custodial, repair, and project leadership experience.

This position requires use of your own personal vehicle and will require insurance liability coverage of at least one hundred thousand dollars per person and three hundred thousand dollars per occurrence and must have a valid Driver's License and pass a driving record background check.

This position will at times also report to the Chief Operating Officer.
