Key Responsibilities (depending on role)

Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.

Perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Ensure product quality through inspections and adherence to company standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in operations, maintenance, or production preferred but not required.

Technical or mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Ability to work onsite in Lynchburg, VA in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
