About the Role :
Telecare is launching a groundbreaking Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) in San Joaquin County , bringing mental health support directly to individuals in need—outside of traditional care settings. We’re seeking experienced and licensed mental health clinicians to join this innovative program and help reshape crisis care in our communities.
The MCRT team partners with the County Access and Crisis Line (ACL) and local law enforcement to provide :
As a Team Lead , you’ll not only respond to urgent needs but also provide supervision to team members, ensuring that callers and clients receive swift, compassionate, and clinically sound care.
