Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

A nationally respected general contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects, from initial budgeting through closeout. This role is ideal for a driven leader who thrives on managing complex projects, mentoring emerging talent, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all aspects of construction projects up to $50 million

Develop budgets, perform value engineering, and manage costs

Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, and management

Monitor project scheduling, documentation, and execution

Ensure strict adherence to quality, budget, and safety standards

Drive project closeout and client satisfaction

Mentor and guide Project Management Team

Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment

Communicate effectively across all project levels

Uphold a strong safety culture across job sites

Build and maintain lasting client relationships

Participate in proposals, presentations, and interviews

Support business development efforts and pursue new opportunities

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

10–15 years of experience in commercial construction project management

Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and teams

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Deep knowledge of workplace design, systems, and current industry trends

• Proven Experience in K-12, High Education, Senior Living or Industrial
