Production Associate : Juda, W isconsin

Our customer in Juda, Wisconsin is a family-owned food production enterprise seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team. As a Production Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing of cheese products including, but not limited to, setting up and monitoring equipment, testing, inspecting, and providing feedback to leadership.

Responsibilities of the Production Associate :

  • Perform a single or a combination of routine tasks to produce product according to company specifications, quality and safety objectives.
  • Carry out preparatory and basic duties such as loading and unloading, setup and monitoring of equipment.
  • Ensure production is running efficiently and processes meet Grande and regulatory standards.
  • Complete required paperwork.
  • Assist with training new Associates.

Production Associate Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience and / or training required, preferably in a food manufacturing industry.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong math, reading, and writing skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to follow instructions / policies / procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form.

    • Pay for Production Associate : Starting at $20.50 / hour.

    Schedule : Rotating schedule from 6 : 00am – 6 : 00pm. (2 on, 2 off, 3 on)
