A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Establish relationships with stakeholders to identify learning solutions that enhance associate performance and align with business needs
Develop learning outcomes and select appropriate instructional methods and content to achieve performance improvement
Create assessment tools to measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of training solutions
Required Qualifications
Minimum education in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related fields
5 years of instructional design experience
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Captivate
Required certifications include HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or other relevant certifications within 9 months of hire
Experience in project management and collaboration with teams
