Education : Bachelor's Degree in the areas of Engineering, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics.

Position Overview : The primary focus of the Supply Chain Manager is to enable the National Product Supply Group's (NPSG) mission of supporting all Regional Producing Bottlers (RPBs) by maximizing System production efficiencies and market opportunities to strengthen the competitiveness of the Coca-Cola System in the United States. NPSG's mission is fulfilled through governance of :

• Network optimization of the plant to the distribution center sourcing for concentrate-based, cold-fill products.
• Strategic capital investment and divestment planning.
• New product / packaging innovation planning.

The Supply Chain Manager supports the NPSG mission through the creation of supply chain optimization models, which are used for developing operational strategies at a local and national level. The Supply Chain Manager engages in multiple projects simultaneously and works closely with cross-functional team members to develop, recommend, and financially justify supply chain strategies. In addition, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for projects aligned with a commercialization business platform and represents Innovation Planning in various NAOU Common Innovation Framework Process meetings.

Pay Range : $100,000 - $124,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage : 15
