Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-hour nights (6 : 45 PM – 7 : 15 AM)

Hours per Week : 36 (guaranteed)

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend

Number of Positions : 2

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1810–$1940

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) or ER nursing experience

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA) required

Current ER skills checklist (within 1 year)

2 supervisory references with employment dates

Work history and permanent address (must be outside a 50-mile radius of Vandalia, IL)

ER Nurse Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in the Emergency Room setting

Provide clinical leadership and support to the healthcare team during assigned shifts

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Respond promptly and professionally to emergency situations

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
