We have an opening in our modern clinic for a Registered Nurse with PICC Line experience. This position is also responsible for designing, implementing and leading an internal PICC Line Training and Certification Program. This opportunity requires relocation to Gillette, Wyoming. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 and pay relocation and have amazing benefits.

Key Responsibilities PICC Line & Clinical Care
Assess patients for suitability for PICC line insertion in collaboration with physicians.Perform PICC line insertions using sterile technique and ultrasound guidance.Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and removal of PICC lines as needed.Educate patients and families on PICC care, infection prevention, and complication warning signs.Document procedures and patient care accurately in the EMR.Deliver comprehensive RN care including assessments, care plans, medication administration, wound care, catheter care, and injections.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.Promote infection control, patient safety, and adherence to clinical standards.Training Program Development
Design and launch a PICC Line Certification Program for internal RNs.Develop curriculum, training materials, and competency checklists based on best practices and clinical guidelines.Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and skill validation for staff RNs.Monitor progress of participants and ensure compliance with certification standards.Continuously update the program to align with evolving vascular access protocols and clinic needs.Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).Current RN license in Wyoming.Certification in PICC line insertion required.BLS required; ACLS preferred.Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in PICC line care or vascular access.Prior experience in an outpatient or clinic setting preferred.Strong knowledge of infection control, sterile procedures, and vascular access best practices.Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, and develop training programs.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Proficient in EMR systems and healthcare technology.
