You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our healthcare team.\n\nResponsibilities : \n

• Provide leadership and direction to the operating room nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.\n
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of surgical procedures.\n
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.\n
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, quality metrics, and departmental performance indicators to drive continuous improvement initiatives.\n
• Manage operating room supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and optimal utilization.\n
• Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability among operating room staff members.\n
• Participate in budget planning and financial management activities to optimize resource allocation and control costs.\n

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.\n
• Active RN license within the State of practice.\n
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in perioperative nursing, with demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.\n
• CNOR certification preferred.\n
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.\n
