VNA Care is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to join our Woburn leadership team.

This role is responsible for overseeing a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists and other clinicians ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and staff development. The Clinical Manager will serve as mentor, problem-solver and leader who inspires clinical excellence and fosters a supportive team culture.

Location : VNA Care, 100 Trade Center, Woburn MA 01801

Schedule : 3 Days on site in the Woburn office : 8a-4 : 30p and 2 Days Remote : 8a-4 : 30p

Experience :

• Home care experience.
• 3 years clinical experience
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation
• Possess required knowledge, skills and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees, ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts
• Experience working with a union clinical team preferred
