WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the inbound / outbound shipping activities for quality, accuracy, and completeness of shipments. It is the responsibility of the supervisor to ensure that the warehouse department and the warehouse equipment be kept clean, organized, and inspection ready daily. Responsible for the direction and supervision of a crew of up to 40+ employees, as well as, track team member attendance, disciplinary actions, and all reports. Bolthouse Fresh Foods supervisors are required to enforce and adhere to all company policies.

2nd Shift – Monday through Friday from 4 : 00 PM to 12 : 30 AM; Rotating workday / time off schedules, overtime, weekends, and / or holidays may be mandatory based on business and / or department needs.
