Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize audience segments, automation workflows, and campaign triggers for omni-channel engagement
Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering to deliver complex data integrations and ensure solutions unlock real value
Apply AI / ML models and advanced analytics for predictive segmentation, personalization, and next-best-action strategies
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in data solutions, data platforms, or MarTech, with at least 3+ years working hands-on with Customer Data Platforms
Familiarity with key CDP platforms (e.g., Segment, Treasure Data, Salesforce CDP, Adobe Real-Time CDP, BlueConic)
Strong background in data-driven marketing technologies, including CDPs, CRMs, and analytics solutions
Proven expertise in designing and delivering audience segmentation, campaign automation, and personalized experiences using CDP data
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or Marketing Tech, or equivalent experience
